Papa Sau Surfboards was born from decades of riding Kauai's north shore — Hanalei Bay, Ke'e Beach, the reef breaks that taught us what a board needs before it ever hits the water.
Every board that leaves our shop carries that local knowledge. We don't mass-produce outlines or follow templates. We shape for the person, the conditions, and the way they want to feel in the water.
Located on Alealea Road just minutes from the bay, our shop is where traditional hand-shaping meets modern materials — epoxy, carbon, and the finest polyurethane cores — all built to last through years of local use.
